Chemical Analysis Specialist

Waters holds worldwide leading positions in three complementary analytical technologies liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis. Waters is represented in 85 countries around the world.

As Chemical Analysis Specialist, your key activities will be:

• being responsible for the drive and grow of the Chemical Analysis business;
• developing new customer relationships and establishes partnerships with the market leaders in the region;
• organizing & supporting the regional events related to this specific market and represent the organization at meetings and related seminars in the region;
• informing and training the account managers in the region to keep them up to date with latest information/applications in the chemical analysis market.

• a good business acumen or experiences in a commercial position;
• a degree in Chemistry, MSc or PhD or other related field experience;
• a high-level of knowledge in Chromatography;
• a good understanding and experience in LC(-MS) for the application field of food, environmental or fine chemicals;
• excellent verbal and written command of the German language (native or near-native is very important, a good command of English is also important.
