Major Brands are Acros Organics and Maybridge.

• Developing and implementing of HR strategy in the Geel plant in line with strategy of Thermo Fisher Scientific;
• Implementation of Thermo Fisher HR procedures and documents and communicating this to all employees;
• Maintaining contact with syndical delegation;
• Participating in works council and safety committee;
• Participation in collective labour negotiations.

• Experiences as HR Manager;
• Degree in Business, economics or administration preferable specialized in HR;
• Good knowledge of employment law and union activity;
• Good knowledge of the following languages : Dutch, English.
