Crosstex International, with corporate headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York is seeking a successful, self-motivated sales professional for the European market. Crosstex is a leading global manufacturer of infection prevention/control and single-use disposable products for the healthcare profession, with emphasis on dental.

Functieomschrijving/taken

The Crosstex Sales Manager must exercise the necessary leadership, communication, and planning skills and the ability to manage the development and growth of Crosstex’s Sales and Marketing efforts for new and existing products throughout Europe. This position plans and directly manages all of the sales and marketing activities for Crosstex in Europe. Also, this position coordinates with appropriate marketing, technical and administrative personnel in Heerlen the Netherlands, as well as with Crosstex personnel in other offices, specifically in the US. This position manages Crosstex’s distributors throughout Europe, in the appropriate markets to maximize sales and marketing effectiveness and profitability for the whole European region. This position is accountable for strategic planning, evaluating and implementing marketing and new business strategies that drive and support key initiatives. The position is also accountable for management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Profiel kandidaat

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred with a minimum of 5 years proven sales and marketing experience;
  • This position requires demonstrated ability to successfully lead the sales and marketing efforts in a medium to large company, a minimum of 5 years of regional experience in sales and marketing in Europe, in the dental industry;
  • This position requires exceptional leadership, communication and planning skills and ability to implement change to positively affect results;
  • Distributor management experience is required;
  • The position requires fluency in written and spoken English. Other European language skills are ideal;
  • Previous experience in developing training and coordinating customer events;
  • Must be able to demonstrate competence in multiple computer programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
