Key Account Manager Professional Business

Our client is an international company with multiple divisions, not only active in healthcare. They sell solutions in the field of self diagnosis and self treatment devices in a growing home care market. The market position will be extended to the professional hospital medial device market with a number of new Point of Care (POC) solutions.
You are that candidate who is able to manage and communicate on a consultative way with your Professional Business partners (distributors) in the hospital medical device market. You have a hands on mentality and are also able to be a strategic thinker. It’s your task to define the go to the hospital market strategy. Before you initiate any external market actions, you will thoroughly analyze all the market data and facts. Maybe you have been involved in the selection of hospital distributor partners.
You like to be a part of an internationally oriented company, with their EMEA headquarter in the Netherlands. From origin you have an entrepreneurial mindset and have proven successful field experience in the medical device hospital sales. You are used to have a dialogue with different stakeholders to investigate the real current or potential needs of the Point Of Care business. You act like a coach and consultant for your Professional Business partner(s) who will directly sell the equipment to the hospital market. Your level of German is very good. Your level of English is good enough to communicate in an international company. It’s a benefit when you have already been involved in mentoring or coaching of sales people in the field of hospital sales.
