Functieomschrijving/taken

Under the direction of the EMEA Microbial Control Commercial Sales Leader, this role will be managing the growth of several key accounts in Energy & Water business segment. This position involves close cooperation with different functions, including marketing, regulatory, TS&D, and supply chain in support of customers. Additionally, this individual will have strong connectivity with the global Energy & Water team.

Activities
• Develop and implement Account Plans for Regional Key Accounts
• Achieve a high level of penetration across multiple functions (Procurement, Technology, Regulatory, Commercial, Management) within customer base
• Successfully convert opportunities to sales growth
• Work with customers to define un-met needs
• Effectively negotiate supply contracts
• Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals
• Develop sales opportunities with existing and prospect accounts
• Drive implementation of Innovation programs with Strategic Accounts
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge on Microbial Control technologies and regulatory position
• Be a resource to the business on Competitive Intelligence
• Be knowledgeable on market trends. Provide Voice of Customer input on key Innovation programs
• Develop forecasts on anticipated customer product consumption
• Effective management of sales terms and credit with assigned customers

Profiel kandidaat

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • BS or MSc degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or Chemistry
  • Knowledge of European Biocides Regulation (BPR) and REACH
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
