For the Hamilton Robotics division we are currently searching for Technical Support Engineer to cover the Netherlands.
As a Technical Support Engineer you are responsible for:
installation, maintenance and repairs of Hamilton's Liquid Handling Robots and 3rd party equipment
documentation of your daily work as well as reporting and maintaining our service database
supporting our after sales organization and implementing of hardware upgrades
managing of spare parts
active selling of maintenance contracts
providing technical support to our application and sales force
We are expecting willingness to travel to a great extent.
